GLS takes way too long to deliver in France while your company is extremely responsive. The pads smell too much like oil and it's unpleasant, maybe even dangerous for a disabled person who must always have one in their bed. They are very poorly thermally glued, so they tear when opened and many have to be thrown away. Can you please pass this information to the manufacturer?

How is it that I place orders of significant amounts and I don't even have the right to a welcome discount or an offer on the orders made? I'm not talking about the 10 or 12 packages purchased that entitle me to a 10% discount. Not even the shipping costs are waived when there is an offer for discreet package shipping =1€90. For loyal customers, there could be a commercial gesture.
