It seems that the packages (the packaging) you received were slightly torn (probably during transport), but you did not specify whether the products themselves were damaged. Apart from that, the merchant is correct, the site is secure, but they should review with their carrier because it is them who do not do their job and some associate them with merchants who have nothing to do (BAD DELIVERY PERSON ESPECIALLY CHRONOPOST WITH WHOM I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM TO THIS DAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE)
