It seems that the packages (the packaging) you received were slightly torn (probably during transport), but you did not specify whether the products themselves were damaged. If we had received this indication along with photos proving the damage to the protections, we could have proceeded with compensation. Since this is not the case, we could not follow up on this. Delivery OK. However, I would like the capacity of the protection to be clearly stated on the site for each item. The drop system is worthless because each brand has its own scale and therefore nothing can be compared.
