It has happened to me several times that they say they will deliver on one day and do not do so until several days later, causing me distress about whether the diapers, which are essential for my mother, will arrive on time. I paid extra for delivery to the house as my mother is 94, however the package was taken to a collection point. I then had to pay somebody to collect it. I requested a refund on the delivery charge but to date have not received anything. The goods were fine, what a shame the UPS is such a disaster… why would any company risk losing their reputation by using unreliable curriers!!

I clarify that this is not a review of the seller EI, it is a criticism of the delivery method and the complications it causes. EI sells medical equipment, so it is assumed that some people who buy it may potentially be disabled, sick, etc. For me, the delivery was delayed for a week for more or less valid reasons, only to end up being delivered in another department. This is simply unacceptable on the part of the provider responsible for delivery for this type of product.
