Not at all! We have ordered the parcel to be delivered at home but the delivery man has delivered it to a shop far away from my place, this is unacceptable as if I ordered this kind of products at home it is because I cannot walk and am on a wheelchair. The UPS service is deceitful and unprofessional. I will not definitely order again from you and I will certainly tell my friends not to.

GLS takes way too long to deliver in France while your company is extremely responsive. The pads smell too much like oil and it's unpleasant, maybe even dangerous for a disabled person who must always have one in their bed. They are very poorly thermally glued, so they tear when opened and many have to be thrown away. Can you please pass this information to the manufacturer?

How is it that I place orders of significant amounts and I don't even have the right to a welcome discount or an offer on the orders made? I'm not talking about the 10 or 12 packages purchased that entitle me to a 10% discount. Not even the shipping costs are waived when there is an offer for discreet package shipping =1€90. For loyal customers, there could be a commercial gesture.

It seems that the packages (the packaging) you received were slightly torn (probably during transport), but you did not specify whether the products themselves were damaged. If we had received this indication along with photos proving the damage to the protections, we could have proceeded with compensation. Since this is not the case, we could not follow up on this.
