Big delivery problems

The product is good. The delivery was outside the time offered when placing the order. I don't know if they changed carriers or what happened.

The package was sent to a different address than the one indicated in the email... informing me where to go to pick it up. It was by calling Mondial Relay that I learned the exact delivery site.

Lacks a bit of speed and rarely has promo codes. I would say never.

Very efficient! The courier did not deliver the package on time, I reported it and they immediately urged the courier!

First and fast.

I repeat ordered 6x items, and although I might have made an error in the exact item, the supplier did not intervene to query it. A non online shop would have, but where ai / computers are involved, the attention to detail is lacking. Also, the delivery company was less than helpful and delayed the delivery without informing either the supplier or the customer. From a pure online perspective, the process happened as expected, but from a business-customer perspective, the customer service is weak at best. There is a customer contact as an attempt to provide this, but without human interaction in order creation, errors will be made and not realized until delivery.

Satisfied with the delivered products. It is regrettable to have to pay €2 for the package not to bear the name Europe Incontinence (too evocative when one aspires to discretion).

Overall, I am happy with the Europe Incontinence site, I find what I need for my daughter there. However, on my last order, I was very disappointed with the shipping (paid), selection of the pickup point, the delivery did not happen on time (order from March 31, delivery expected by April 4 at the latest, on April 10 still nothing, no news on the tracking, on April 11 a message from the carrier to choose another pickup point, finally received on April 14) Delays far too long for this type of product and especially no information for almost the entire process.

The ordering and processing was problem-free. The only point of criticism is that you only see the correct product price at the end of the order in the shopping cart. This changed for me after I entered the delivery country. The positive aspect is that you are constantly informed about the progress of the order and delivery.

my package was delivered to a neighbor who does not live in the same stairwell in the residence, and fortunately his wife informed my upstairs neighbor whom she knew. I could not go pick up the package, way too big too heavy. Fortunately a neighbor was able to transport it. Moreover, the box of the package arrived in very bad condition, torn.

Note the quality of the package delivery. This time a day late Postnl and had to pick up! Something about privacy and time-critical delivery? Agree on service level with the relevant package service and offer this option paid to the customer!

As with all previous orders, the announced delivery date was not met. The tracking only works up to the border. Presumably, the packages remain there for a week without the recipient being informed.

very unhappy because of too much waiting for the package (proposed dates largely exceeded) and especially zero tracking as soon as the order was placed and zero customer service, because I followed up twice by email to get precise tracking and I never received a response!! In fact, the package stayed with you for days (probably missing products..) because as soon as Chronopost took it over, it took 2 days, so the carrier is not to blame! Moreover, a Molicare form stool protection is absolutely useless, not waterproof at all!! Even the caregiver has never seen that in her career! So I don't think I will buy from you again.
