Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Some products that are not in stock are shipped directly from our supplier to ensure fast delivery. We are working with them to improve the shipping because we know that it is our image that is affected when it is not satisfactory and we sometimes have difficulty to be heard.
Thank you

The photo does not allow to appreciate the reality of the fabric pattern. The sample received seems far from the photo.

Good day, we are sorry that you were disappointed, it happens that the photo can not reflect the quality of the fabric especially when it is plain and that's why we have a sample service. See you soon on evedeco.com

Evedéco is the only online store where I found the reference I was looking for. The shipping was fast and very accurate. The only thing missing (but really missing when it comes to an online purchase) is the possibility to receive a sample before the purchase.

The delivery was very fast, but I was very disappointed: the colours of the fabrics received are very pale compared to your photos (which are perhaps too "photoshopped". It's a shame. It doesn't fit.

Hello,
Sorry that it does not suit you, we try that our photos stick as well as possible to the reality of the fabric but some times the materials do not allow us an optimal rendering and the various settings of the computer screens do not facilitate the task ;)
We are working to improve this and that's why we have set up a sample service.
Maybe see you soon on our online shop

Delivery time not respected. After a call from us, answer: computer problem. Obviously, the computer is always at fault when there is a malfunction somewhere!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, which is important for the functioning of our company. Unfortunately there was a computer problem when you placed your order, more precisely our emails did not arrive at our supplier and we took some time to realize it, so all deliveries from Reig Marti were delayed. I understand your dissatisfaction and we apologize, we are a serious company and especially respectful of our customers.
We hope to see you again at L'Atelier d'Eve :)
Have a nice day

Response from Evedeco
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment but after checking it seems that you ordered fabric samples from us but not linen towels :)
Maybe you ordered them from another website?
We can make linen towels on request but we haven't made any for a while.
Have a nice day
