Customer service and guidance are highlighted as responsive and attentive, offering helpful advice, careful follow-up, and a supportive shopping experience overall. The result is a reliable, positive shopping experience where products meet visual expectations and shipments arrive quickly.
many choices of fabrics, especially Thevenon which makes beautiful decorations. Nothing to complain about so far regarding the shipments that arrive on time. Passionate about sewing and decor, it's a site I would recommend again.

My only problem is that the actual color is different from the one in the photo. You should post a different one, closer to the real color.

I ordered samples and received them quickly in two batches with a nice note explaining the reason. The samples are large enough. And I do not regret this purchase because there were color discrepancies compared to the photo on the site for two samples. Serious company, I recommend.

shipping speed - attention to delivery: the 1.80 of fabric was slipped into the small mailbox and therefore the package is somewhat wrinkled

Well-designed site. For each fabric that interests us, a tab allows us to order a sample. Possibility to create lists, to send these lists to our loved ones. The order is placed easily, it's clear and practical.
