Completely unusable string from the first hit. As soon as I received my racket, I noticed that the string was coming apart way too easily, but I thought it was normal. Then when I got on the court, it was impossible to play with the racket because the string was so loose. I had to apply immense force just to get over the service boxes. It's incomprehensible.

A small issue with the handle of my racket (the grip was stuck on the protective plastic), the customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement grip right away. So I'm waiting for the new grip. Otherwise, very good racket I'm happy.
