Well-packaged product and fast shipping, the problem is that the FedEx courier thought it was a good idea not to ring the bell to be quicker and left the missed delivery notice (my wife was at home), very unfair, they are not to blame but they have only an objective responsibility in choosing which couriers to rely on for shipments, I hope that following this review they change it because it is very dishonest to behave this way!

I placed my first order on the site for the purchase of a racket. The customer service was very available and gave good advice both on the choice of the racket and for the stringing. There were difficulties with the delivery because the package could not be dropped off (note that it is not recommended to have a racket delivered to a locker). The customer service was again available and we were able to find solutions together. My racket was finally able to be dropped off at a post office (I should have chosen this option from the start!).
