When I ordered the flowers they stated that they would be delivered the next morning (the recipient’cs birthday). They weren’t delivered until the following afternoon.

It is difficult to give an opinion because we made a delivery for one of our customers. I would have liked to have received a photo of the composition and the custom ribbon ordered. I don't know if everything was respected. I did not get any feedback. But beforehand the order was confirmed.
