First order and already disappointed. No after-sales service. No reply to any reminder. Even in these difficult times, logic would dictate that customers be at least minimally informed... but no. Disappointed with this 1st experience. Hoping to receive the order soon!

4 orders without a hitch. Fast and products nothing to complain about. 5th order, bag arrived unsealed and doubts about the quantity. 6th order placed on March 20, still not processed and customer service unreachable. I hope to be delivered in the next few days. Maybe problems with covid 19 but the lack of communication is not cool. Still nothing on March 28 despite several reminders. Playing dead. Order finally arrived on April 02. Surprise today, April 8: famous debit of 29 eur even though I have no more orders in progress?

I've completely changed my mind because I just received my order this morning, two days late on delivery. At the opening a big surprise awaits me, I ordered 4 different varieties including purple haze which to my great surprise is not purple as it should be. In fact, whether you take blue dream, skunk xl, purple haze or amnesia haze, the variety is the same. I'm very disappointed with this site and will ask for a refund for non-conforming product. Do not order from this site, they are a big scam. They don't answer the phone or email and send you products that don't conform. This company claims to be number 1 in customer service and quality, when in fact it's just the opposite. Do not order from this site.

Update 11/04: ESCROCS: keep customers' bank details and deduct sums corresponding to nothing !!!! I also report them on litige.fr . No customer service, no response to emails, phone calls or text messages sent to the cell phone that supports the saturated messaging system. The orders are scanned, hence the Chronopost tracking "Parcel awaiting sender", but not delivered to Chronopost. After numerous emails and a brief but reassuring reply, the order was finally dispatched. The Corona virus seems to have disrupted the organization. As for my previous orders, I have nothing to complain about, so I'm upgrading them, except for the communication. As far as I'm concerned, the products have always been perfect!

Ordered at 9am on Monday and received the next day before confinement I specify to see the other comment I had to be lucky I was even surprised at the speed ras for me value for money satisfactory a little dry when even there are site better quality but much more expensive there it's a good compromise it's true that it's not expensive at all.apres a voir les avis dans le futur sa a l'air assez aléatoire quand même pas mal de personne ne sont pas satisfait .j'ai complètement changer mon avis aussi en voyant d'autre commentaire j'avai dés doute sur la qualité car j'ai commander sur weedy la remedy v2 elle est terrible c'est plus cher mais rien à voir on se rendre compte de la daube qu'ils vendent le jour et la nuit je ne commanderai plus sur ce site .

Waiting for 2 missing products out of 3. Ordered on March 1st with Chronopost delivery. Only received on March 9th. Still waiting for the rest of the order. I can't reach them by phone, and they don't reply to emails. I'll keep you posted.

Frankly, top quality. But the after-sales service really needs to be reviewed. A full mailbox or who says in difficulty mails without return and for the delivery the next day it is FALSE. Order placed on Thursday delivered on Tuesday of the week after; And it claims to be n 1 in delivery and soap ... What a load of crap G.....

Order placed on February 28 with chronopost delivery, Thursday March 5 status still "coli to sender"... Doesn't reply to e-mails, nor by phone, goes straight to voicemail (saturated)... like I've been duped and won't receive my order....
