I had customer service on the phone and they replaced a product that I had found to be no good. They're great and we understand that bad reviews are unfair competition. Go for it!

I made a first order on the site, everything went very well, very good quality and super fast delivery. I tried to place another order but when I tried to validate the payment the basket didn't validate ... I tried a second time and validated the payment and again I came back to the basket, no order validated, I'd like to know if I'm going to be debited anyway ... I'll wait and see if I'm debited on my account ... I sent an email to customer service, I hope they'll reply quickly because well ... I really hope it gets sorted out because frankly I wasn't disappointed the first time...

Fast delivery, sometimes a little long due to postal delays. Disappointed by the purple but very satisfied with the skunk XL, Jack herrer and Black diesel. Generally nice buds, even the small ones are compact. The prices are right, but I don't see any loyalty program? I haven't needed the after-sales service, so I can't comment on that.

Very satisfied with both the delivery and the flowers, I have already recommended Famous CBD to several friends and family.

I always order the same variety but the quality is different each time, not always the same density, not the same drying, sometimes seeded, other times not, sometimes fat and fragrant, other times not, lack of regularity.

Quality of products received bcp of crumbs very rarely beautiful heads. A few people from my association have ordered and the same. However delivery ok and price attract domage

I've ordered 3 X and no worries, the products are top quality even if the Gelato I received today isn't as good as the one I received a week ago. I've given them over 300 orders and I'm happy overall, but the lack of communication is a problem, I must admit. A little more serious customer contact would make this site unbeatable!

I've tested I think all the references and I'm 80% satisfied, the only two things that, in my opinion, don't give 100% satisfaction are: The lack of changes or new plants and hybrids on offer (even though they are very satisfactory overall) and the many tabs on the site where all the products are missing. I'm also a bit disappointed by the size and manicure of some of the lots, although I try to take 25gr plants thinking I'll be sure to get nice heads! So it's often the case, but sometimes I've been disappointed... but above all I'm really satisfied with your site, the speed of delivery, the seriousness of the site and the kindness of the people who answer us when we call you! Famous Cbd is a very good site where I order my cbd flowers, which are of good or very good quality, weight always respected. If I may say so, there are only 2 small drawbacks for my taste: - no loyalty point system, or and never any samples offered to discover other or new varieties - sometimes, like my last order, to mention just one, delivery or processing delays, for example, order placed on Monday, it's Friday and still nothing. In view of the reviews on this site I was sure to receive my order but against all odds I am pleasantly surprised I just note that the purple is not really I think that unfortunately it is haphazard, I have not yet tasted but a large head of 3g so happy. But I think that once not 2 given the majority of people disappointed.

5th order placed on a Friday morning, received the following Monday morning, quality trs irreproachable on the other hand I had a little less than half in quantity compared to my order, I thus contact by their site the customer service by indicating it Monday at midday, answer of their share dice the following day with confirmation of the error and sendings of the missing quantity the same day! received the following day thus Wednesday! it is me who went there only today thus Thursday pcq I was not in the urgency as much as that. Plus a little bonus in terms of quantity! Honestly, I love this site and I hope I'll be able to enjoy it for a long time to come. As for the negative reviews, either you're really out of luck or there's something not quite right. Peace.

Then... I was afraid seeing all the comments after ordering. In the end, ordered 13h15 received the next day at 10h!!! I have the quantity of the order, even better, 5.5g for one and 5.3g for the other instead of 5g and 5g. A very different smell from the two varieties, visually too, not too dry and no seed base or anything... I'm therefore very sceptical about the other reviews and even if I remain sceptical about future orders, I'm more than satisfied for the time being! 4th order placed and always impeccable, I really don't understand the latest reviews or else I'm incredibly lucky... ordered last Friday morning (05/06/2020), received today Monday (08/06/2020). I will continue to give my opinion with each order because if I had followed the opinions of others I would not have ordered from them, I would have made a mistake because frankly top nothing to say. I hope it lasts.

Disgraceful I order 10 g of CBD I receive that 5 grams is saying the 2 ème parcel and left since 15/05 and still nothing and no follow-up when I contact Chronopost it leaves me blas blas yen has ras the buttocks

After several orders, I find that for the correct weed there is only amnesia and purple. The jack herrer is not good, an extract that stings the throat. As for blue dream, it's more commonly known as m*rde, mini buds of less than 1 cm with seeds and the smell and taste of barbecue that go with it. They can clear themselves of this by saying that it's not made for smoking, but business sense would dictate that you also take this type of consumer seriously. The term "we have specified that this is not a product for smoking" is a mandatory term and not a defensible argument after selling dried flowering weed.

3rd order and still nothing to report, on the 2nd I noticed a small delay in taking charge chronopost, so I contacted on their site the customer service who replied the same day that indeed a small delay was due to chronopost, so I received my 2nd order in 4 days instead of 2 which is still very good. I still don't understand all these negative reviews. I recommend the Amnesia Haze, a superb head on the 3rd order. I'm more than satisfied and I'll be sure to continue my evaluation as orders come in. For the moment I have no reason to go elsewhere and I'm very satisfied.

So here we are after ordering on famous CBD I came across this review site, I must say I started to wonder at the sight of the comments, I also suspected that many add for nothing, I have confirmation. Ordered on 05/05/2020 and received on 07/05/2020! Top quality! not a single branch or leaf, only heads! 10g ordered 10.5 g received! I don't work for famous CBD, I just had to leave my opinion because I find the negative opinions totally unfair, wondering if they don't work for the competition. First of all, you gave me a fright, I saw the notes after I'd ordered and I didn't expect to receive my order, I received it with a little delay from chronopost (1 day) but you can't blame them for that with the events of last week, then as for the site, I ordered on a Saturday and it was dispatched on Sunday (I was quite surprised myself), everything's there, nothing's missing, I'd e-mailed the famous team and they replied the same evening, so that was pretty quick too, but I think it'll be my last order on the site, seeing all the opinions and problems people have had with them.

Never disappointed, order received in 3 days, quantity +25g per bag, smooth, RAS, I recommend (I do have a friend who had a problem, he did not receive the right quantity)

Second order, 10g of amnesia very correct, at 41 with the 30% on the whole site, the weed is good as well as the smell! And above all, ordered on Friday and received on Monday morning, three days later! The first order was 10g of jack herrer, a little more disappointed but still consumable, like a lambda, but at 3.8 the g I do not live p'en complain we can say that there is a value for money, and amnesia is very good, a friend ordered it too he is satisfied! I wanted to change my mind. There were 25 grams missing from the order I placed on famous cbd. I just got back what was missing. So even if the delays are super long and it's complicated to contact them (nobody answers the phone and by message they answer 1 time out of 20), don't give up because in the end the team will answer you and put your problem in order. The weed isn't exceptional, but the prices are the lowest on the market And it's outdoor CBD, so despite everything it's still decent So I wanted to share my experience after having shot them down when I saw those 25 grams missing. In the end, it's all there and I even got more than I expected. So customer service sucks, but you have to keep at it.

The quantity was good, but the quality was not: 3 different varieties that all tasted AND smelled the same (did he take me for a pigeon?). In short, the prices are low, but so is everything else. Disappointed, I'm going back to my usual seller and invite you to turn to suppliers other than Famous!

My second opinion: Following my pleasant surprise the other time and with the announcement of the extended containment I recommended something. This time White widow 10g. Ordered Wednesday morning, received Friday morning (faster than last time). Smaller packaging but weighed 10g (11g last time) so ok. Smell very different from purple, more pungent. Darker color and the weed is a bit drier. It's cool on the first day, I just hope it doesn't get too dry over time. Personally, I prefer this variety, with less CBD, but I make pure strains, so I don't really feel the difference. On the other hand, it does have one thing going for it: the rappiness I've been missing in classic Weeds. As for the site, once again 0 addicts, I'll recommend it if it continues like this. And for those like me disappointed by the lack of rappiness in CBD Weeds, the Widow on this site is top-notch!
