Very fast and well-packaged shipment. A bit disappointed that the delivery directly to my home is less accessible. Great product but, unlike usual, the Critical is less well-dried this time, making it less easy to handle and taste.

I ordered 2 products and only 1 was delivered, i emailed them only to be told i needed to do it via an online form, which i did. It took nearly 2 weeks for them to get back to me, but they did eventually, and sent me my 2nd product. Only getting 1 product initially, I put it down to a genuine mistake, but they do need to speed up the response time.

Everything is well packaged, only downside. The flower heads are tiny and therefore too much waste (branches). Shame to pay half the weight are small branches. Really annoying!
