I have been ordering for several years ...and my last 3 orders are nothing like what I usually received ( trim )!!! A powder of leaves that is not aromatic and neutral

I did not receive the correct product. I contacted the site by message but received no response. The phone number also received no response.

I was promised 10g as a gift and I did not receive it in addition to the order, even though I had the confirmation.

Order of puffs: Out of 6, 3 do not work.

Too many branches, not enough flowers.

Honestly, I'm not going to scale the order but you gave me 15grs not 30grs. Happy New Year!

I bought 100gr of big bud and the grass was not dry so I dried it and in the end 70gr was dry. I wouldn't recommend it again.

Disappointed because, as a regular customer, the -40% Father's Day promotion was not applied. I order regularly and I think it's a shame not to benefit from general promotions or 'good customer' promotions.

2 stars for product quality and catalog diversity, BUT the last 2 deliveries didn't pass the precision scale test, i.e. are under the 25g mark. Budda Zen at 24.32g, Gorilla Queen at 24.07g, and Blue Dream at 23.49g. The basis of confidence in such expensive products (4600 /kg...) is respecting the grammage as closely as possible. I'd urge quality control or bagging operators to be more vigilant in this area, as I've missed out on a total of nearly 6g for my last 2 orders...

Delivery, good, good taste, no effects.

Satisfied with the delivery time and price, but really disappointed by the quality of the trim I ordered. It's really dust, and the taste and smell of the product are not really satisfactory (compared to other trim from competitors).

I'm sorry I ordered so much for the first time, as I only had 10g left. But I was pretty sure of the CBD purple product I'd already bought in the store but from another brand. The earthy, slightly damp taste didn't appeal to me. The purplish flowers were grey compared to other, much better packaged products. I didn't like the effects of the product, which is supposed to be 20% normally perceptible, but here ===> FLOP!!! Imperceptible, almost unpleasant for me. This herb didn't do me any good at all without going into details. Better a 0.02% well done than a 20% perhaps badly conditioned...! So I understood the 10g to sell... I won't buy again. Too bad the reviews really encouraged me to buy but no reviews since 2021 apart from one satisfied review in 2022.

I received 10 grs instead of the 25grs ordered... I will contact them... I think it's a mistake...because until now I had nothing to say. Sincerely

I expected much better, I prefer to buy from your competitors who already have plenty of varieties and offer samples to test. I'm also disappointed with the quality of the cbd :/

At first I was satisfied with my orders but for some time now there's at least 5g of branch in my bag with each order if not more. There's a good chance I'll be switching to another site.

The quality is not bad. But the delivery time is too long. Allow a week to receive your order instead of the advertised 24/48 hours.

Fans of gambling and CBD cannabis, Famous CBD is for you! After 4 orders, that is to say 85gr and 7 varieties (Skunk XL, White Widow, Sour Diesel, Blue Dream, OG Kush, Purple Haze, Royal Gorilla) I notice that sometimes the quality is with the appointment, good savour, flowers of beautiful gauge, perfect drying and manicure, and sometimes for the same variety one finds oneself with very small flowers, with the perfume of chlorophyll, badly dried and badly manicured (branches and large sheets)!!! Big disappointment for the irregular quality of the product! Fortunately, the prices and speed of shipment help to make up for it...!!! Quality control needs to be reviewed !

Customer service with a bogus number that doesn't work... badly curated flowers, very small and very dark, mediocre quality apart from the taste, I don't recommend it at all! I found another much more interesting site

So far, very satisfied with the quality and service, but very disappointed when I ordered the Trim, supposedly small heads, but in reality it's powder, impossible to consume. I'd like to point out that I wanted to leave a comment on the site, but it was never validated because of my negative comment. Famous Cbd only retains positive comments, a rather easy method, I regret. I don't recommend it for the moment, I'm waiting to see if my comment will be published. It's a shame to act like this, I'm addressing the site and be correct with your customers. It's the least I can do.

Disgraceful I order 10 g of CBD I receive that 5 grams is saying the 2 ème parcel and left since 15/05 and still nothing and no follow-up when I contact Chronopost it leaves me blas blas yen has ras the buttocks

Order arrived in a week (which is understandable given our current health situation). The quantity was good, but the quality was not: 3 different varieties that all tasted AND smelled the same (did he take me for a pigeon?). What's more, the flowers dried far too quickly and were of low taste quality. And what about customer service? Overworked messaging service, unanswered e-mails... In short, the prices are low, but so is everything else. Disappointed, I'm going back to my usual seller and invite you to turn to suppliers other than Famous!

Delivered out of time (understandable at this time) I took 5 different varieties but the 5 bags are identical (appearance, smell, taste)...??? Appearance, lack of manicure... Smell, therefore it smells green... Taste, far from the varieties offered.... Beautiful photos on the site but not in agreement with what I received... What's more, I ordered a bit of resin but it's not in the parcel? Hoping to receive it soon with a little compensation for the lack of seriousness ..!!!!! I also hope and especially to have explanations from customer service ...!!!! Because if they have difficulties following the coronavirus that they say it honestly instead of taking consumers for c .... !!!

Order received after a week (which is understandable at the moment) but 1 of the 3 items ordered was missing. I was charged the full amount of the order, but it was impossible to contact them by phone (answering machine full) and there was no answer to the messages. The quality of the 2 products delivered is not up to my expectations or what I've had on other sites. While the prices are attractive, the quality is not.

no response from customer service by email unreachable by phone i published an unfavorable review on their site 1 month ago following an order collected very quickly but there were only micro heads and 30% crumbs, it has still not been validated and does not appear ... however the favorable reviews are published ... i placed another order on march 16th, it's now the 19th and i still haven't received anything, according to chronoposte the parcel still hasn't been delivered even though it's supposed to be delivered in 24 hours, so i'm very disappointed and frustrated that no one can answer my question, i've added a review 9 hours after the first one: that's it, my parcel has been taken care of by chronopost, so i should receive it tomorrow, friday 20th march, so they do send orders, but customer service is non-existent... dommage je vous dit demain la qualité à réception du colis avis suite colis recu le 20 mars donc du coté de chronopost c'est tres bien bonne qualité cette fois le gout est la effet d'une tisane, c'est du cbd et pas du thc;;; dommage que le service client ne donne aucune réponse
