Helps to regularly schedule time for pelvic floor training. The games unfortunately become a bit boring over time (usage 3x per week). Sometimes the sensor also does not respond to the contractions.

The pelvic floor training with Emy is fun and you can track your progress on the display in the app. It does take some patience and time to master all the exercises, but it also gives you a good feeling for the pelvic floor. I am very satisfied with Emy and the app.

I bought the double hands-free breast pump. I am only partially satisfied: 1. it is louder than I imagined (impossible to bring it to a meeting for example) 2. it is indeed light but bulky (it clearly does not go unnoticed) 3. the suction is extremely strong (I only use it at power level 1 in massage + expression mode).
