Fast delivery and emy seems to do the job.
When you don't have time to go to a midwife, it's practical to be able to do it at home, it's very easy to learn, it's fun. 10 minutes a day is fast and obviously enough.

Yes, it's an important aid for improving the perineum muscle. As for me, I only use the probe every other day, because it's a constraint at my age (83). It helps me to correct my exercises and follow-up! I've had good results: I only get up two or three times at night (before, I used to get up at least 6 times, and sometimes I couldn't hold it in).
I haven't tested emy yet, the parcel wasn't delivered to my home but to a post office relay point. I've just taken possession of it.
