Doing the job in a playful way is perfect
The order was super easy and the delivery was prompt.
The app is unresponsive, you can only tap forward, the backward arrow does not work. The user manual cannot be retrieved a second time. The app is not mature.

Emy is a biofeedback probe, it is a method commonly used by health professionals and complementary to electrostimulation.
The Emy probe allows you to work actively while with electrostimulation you reduce your perineum passively. Biofeedback allows you to visualize in real time the perineal contractions on the phone screen in order to become aware of your contractions. You will also be able to track your progress over time on the Emy application. Unlike electrostimulation, biofeedback technology does not send electric current and allows for visible results more quickly.

Fast shipping
Hello dear team of Fizimed, I would like to leave a review, but unfortunately I have not received the item! On Saturday, December 13, DPD apologized for the delay, on December 15 I received the message that the shipment is being returned to the sender, as it was supposedly undeliverable. However, the shipment was not even close to my region. I am disappointed, as I had already placed the order on November 30. What should I do now? I kindly ask you to take care of this matter and hope for a prompt response from you, or how the further process should look like. Best regards, Viola Forst

After 3 weeks of use, I see the difference! And it's very fun.
I feel personally addressed. For all questions, nice, friendly answer. However, it might also be worth mentioning a more cost-effective option, if it exists! For example, I found out that Emy does not necessarily have to cost €199, as I applied for with the private insurance and assistance, but can also be €133.

With Emy, pelvic floor training is fun. I am only allowed to practice once a week, otherwise I overstrain myself. At first, I played more often because it was also fun, until I found out that less is more for me.
Great device, easy to use and not very noisy. I recommend.

The shopping experience on the Fizimed site itself was problem-free, but the delivery by DPD was very unreliable. The package was not left at the agreed drop-off location and the service from DPD is totally poor or non-existent. There is no personal phone contact, everything is computer-generated. Another, more reliable delivery service like DHL would have spared me some problems.

Easy to use I discover the programs
Easy and fun to use.
I have started pelvic floor training with the Emy device, it definitely makes sense. The exercises are fun and I hope it helps me get my pelvic floor under control better. Full shopping recommendation, unfortunately I paid for it myself, as the AOK refused to pay for it!! I should have done exercises under physiotherapy first, but I had already done that, but the AOK did not accept it.
