Disappointed with the probe, I thought that during the mini games (for a fee!!) it was really the fact of releasing or contracting the perineum that allowed you to play, but the game doesn't work at all on its own (so it's impossible to know if you're really working the perineum).

My first workout is done, I had chosen a game with hot air balloons and rockets. It's funny, plus it motivates me a lot more than when I do pelvic floor exercises without the device. I find that visualizing my pelvic floor tightening helps me and I am much more motivated with the Emy. It looks pretty and is very effective.
