Hello, I ordered Emy through the app while looking at documentation on my prolapse. I need to have surgery soon and I'm looking to work on my pelvic floor in addition to my physiotherapy sessions. I am very satisfied with this little probe and especially with the exercises that allow you to distract yourself while doing your exercises. I recommend it to women. Best regards.
The probe's charge does not work. It takes at least three hours to charge and discharges in a few hours even if not used. I have already sent an email for a product exchange but have received no response.

If the introduction of the probe is painful, or if you feel irritated, I invite you to use a water-based lubricant, which will facilitate the introduction.
If the probe comes out during your contractions, perhaps you are pushing instead of contracting. We advise you to persevere with your exercises. After a few sessions, your pelvic floor will be stronger and you should notice an improvement in the retention of the probe.
