Easy to use I discover the programs

Easy and fun to use.

I have started pelvic floor training with the Emy device, it definitely makes sense. The exercises are fun and I hope it helps me get my pelvic floor under control better. Full shopping recommendation, unfortunately I paid for it myself, as the AOK refused to pay for it!! I should have done exercises under physiotherapy first, but I had already done that, but the AOK did not accept it.

First experience was very good. I did a lot more exercise at once than I usually ever do. There were a lot of games I want to try, I tried one. The only thing I could mention was it disconnected once for half a second and then reconnected during a game, but only once, and maybe it was because I was lying on my stomach. Another thing is I would have preferred if it was rechargeable inside its case, and then maybe just with a small blue indicator light, but that is just a minor detail as well.

Easy and motivating to use. Progress is quantifiable. I do the exercises in the morning upon waking.

Very good breast pump. In case of problems, the team is very responsive. They take the time to explain things clearly and give good advice. For my part, I wasn't using the right flanges, which caused pain. Thanks to Léa, I can fully enjoy my new breast pump. The only downside is that it can only be used on battery, which can be a problem if it runs out before finishing the pumping session.

Very practical and effective breast pump. I need to supplement my breastfeeding baby and this breast pump makes my task much easier. Without it, I would surely have succumbed to artificial milk.

At first, I was looking for a connected one, but in the end, it's better without because you can focus on what matters. I see Emy as a very successful and efficient tool. However, the training instructions could be a bit more precise, as I sometimes feel unsure if I'm doing it right. I also think that breathing should be more integrated into the practice process, because holding one's breath can actually help maintain tension better, which is not the goal. Otherwise, I am really very happy to have chosen Emy!!!
