If the probe comes out during your contractions, maybe you are pushing instead of contracting. Do not hesitate to consult a healthcare professional to check the proper execution of your contractions. We advise you to persevere in your exercises. After a few sessions, your perineum will be stronger and you should notice an improvement in the maintenance of the probe. It is also possible that you are using too much lubricant, which could explain why the Emy probe slips outward. Hello Anne,
The Emy application offers an "Advanced" training mode that allows you to specifically work on a type of contraction, or perineal relaxation.
This training mode is only accessible with the connected probe. To access it, click on "Start a session", select "With the probe", continue through the following screens to connect the probe to the application, then in the screen with the game universes, click on "Advanced Mode".
