The flowers from the delivered bouquet were borderline at the end of their life, the local funeral home fortunately deemed it good to replant some fresh ones to compensate...

My bouquet didn't arrive for the funeral and, when I made a complaint, I was sent a photo with the bouquet... We don't know where it is (and the address wasn't difficult to identify: Père Lachaise crematorium). I had also left a telephone number in case of problems, but it wasn't used, so I'm very unhappy with this transaction.

I paid over 200€ for a special bouquet to put on my cousin's coffin. I chose the bigger size, so there would be more flowers...this wasn't the case. I also expected a card with my message on it, instead there was a tiny piece of white paper stapled to them. Not the kind if details that go unnoticed and very disappointing!

We had ordered a "generous" model. The sheaf we received was 50 cm long, at most, which is ridiculous. We think there was a mistake. Sad that we could not pay our friend the tribute we wanted

Dear Customer, sorry for your disappointment, but the sprays are never more than +-60 cm long which is the average size of a large lily type flower, (on the other hand the quantity of flowers varies according to the budget), if you had wanted longer, you should have opted for a raquette (flowers pricked on a bar of foam) which in the generous models go up to 1m. cordially
