The flowers from the delivered bouquet were borderline at the end of their life, the local funeral home fortunately deemed it good to replant some fresh ones to compensate...

The bouquet delivered was exactly as ordered, and what's more, the delivery was made to the right place and on time. Very satisfied with this first order from Fleurs Deuil Paris. When I think that other members of my family had gone through very well-known delivery sites (I won't mention their names), and that these arrived at the end of the ceremony.... The wreath was as shown on the website, and so were the colors of the flowers.

Fleurs Deuil Paris was wonderful! You not only delivered a beautiful spray of red roses to the gravesite of Edith Piaf on the 60th anniversary of her passing, but I am so appreciative that whoever delivered the roses took a photo for me, that was emailed to me. My bouquet didn't arrive for the funeral and, when I made a complaint, I was sent a photo with the bouquet... We don't know where it is (and the address wasn't difficult to identify: Père Lachaise crematorium). I had also left a telephone number in case of problems, but it wasn't used, so I'm very unhappy with this transaction.

The wreath was beautiful, as expected. I didn't appreciate the harsh comment about the time of delivery: yes, I had ordered for 8:30am for a 10am ceremony, but I had my reasons for the preparation, installation, etc... I needed it well in advance.

The family of the deceased thought the flower bowl was very nice.

I paid over 200€ for a special bouquet to put on my cousin's coffin. I chose the bigger size, so there would be more flowers...this wasn't the case. I also expected a card with my message on it, instead there was a tiny piece of white paper stapled to them. Not the kind if details that go unnoticed and very disappointing!

I ordered flowers for a family funeral. It was difficult as I am in the USA and had to choose a florist in Paris without ever seeing them. I had a great experience and my family members said the flowers came on time for the service and were beautiful. I am very grateful!

We had ordered a "generous" model. The sheaf we received was 50 cm long, at most, which is ridiculous. We think there was a mistake. Sad that we could not pay our friend the tribute we wanted
