Very happy with my purchases because the jewelry offered by this shop is beautiful! However, I only gave 4 stars because I would appreciate a commercial gesture from this shop since less than 15 days after my purchase, the price of one of the wraps I bought decreased by about 100 euros. Waiting for their response ;-)

I am a bit disappointed because on 2 products that I bought in store there was no offer even though these are products that have been out for a long time. Moreover, as a very very good customer, not a discount, not a gesture, nothing.

I ordered a ring to give as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, DHL Express delivered the package 3 days late, after the birthday date. Very good reception from Fanny on the phone as well as at the very beautiful store, refund easily proposed (without the 25 euros shipping). I made an exchange for myself. In summary, DHL Express... to forget!!!

I brought my armband in a year ago to be mended, was not told I would only be able to pick it up from the shop so was only able to collect it a year later when I was in Paris again despite telephone requests to send it. I live in Amsterdam

I dropped off 2 bracelets for repair in March because the thread had broken. One of the bracelets was old, the other dated from Christmas and had broken in 2 months. It was only when I came to pick up the repaired bracelets that I was informed of the repair cost! I was never informed of the amount I would have to pay. Moreover, you also wanted to charge me for the repair of the jewelry which was under warranty and had not suffered any shock or damage (the link of the bracelet just broke while putting it on). I am really very disappointed with the customer service, I completely understand that a repair may be chargeable, I have no problem with that, but the least you can do is announce it in the store before the repair, as required by law.

The size does not match their recommendation at all. And the customer service is non-existent: they don't even respond to requests. Otherwise, the pearls are pretty.

I have already bought among other things a chain with a skull scraper and this Hamlet pendant does not fit on the chain (hole too small), it should be compatible! Disappointed for the price.

The purchase went very well. The order was shipped very quickly. The products are of very nice quality. I had to return a product because the size did not fit. The return procedure is not very clear, the costs are at my expense and there is not really any tracking (except for that of the carrier). I still have not been informed of its receipt even though it has been delivered. No refund for the moment. I would have liked to give 5 stars because I fell in love with the shop but I think the return system needs to be reviewed (prepaid label, better tracking)

The bracelet is really very pretty (but it's a shame that a limited edition of 89 copies does not come with a numbered certificate of authenticity)

Hello, I ordered a limited edition Mad Hatter ring. The package arrived at the pickup point with only 5 days to collect it. That's a bit tight. Fortunately, the pickup point agreed to keep it for one more day. The ring disappointed me a bit; I thought there would be a greater contrast between the polished top and the rougher edges. I would have liked darker/black edges.

Very good protection in the package and conforms in spirit .💖..and color of the bracelets ... The WHITE bracelet I had "imagined" 🙄 with the "stones '" a little more sparkling and a little larger diameter ... My recipients of these gifts were very happy 💞 that's the main thing 👍😊. Good product, the quality is there. Unfortunately I found the packaging to be of much poorer quality. I had ordered a small card with a personalized note, but I only received the jewel. Given the price of the jewel, it could be a little more attractively packaged.
