Beautiful jewelry, but the quality of the garment is disappointing given the price... the cotton is "plastic", but it's made in China.

I won't give it five stars, although the bracelet is of very good quality and shipping was very fast. I'm not sure if it contains imperial jasper stones. I have written to your customer service department but have not yet received a reply.

Top quality and high level of customer service. Don‘t understand why a large box is used for the shipment of a silver chain.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We used to ship the silver chain in our necklaces box and those only fit in our large shipment boxes. But you made a good point and we'll ship them with our small pouches form now on.

Good cam and a super nice tph operator. Keep up the good work. Note: even your parcels look good, but I'm afraid that one day they'll attract the attention of malendrins for pirate-style opening, if I can put it that way. A more discreet package perhaps? an idea to be explored in the light of your feedback.

The bracelets are great, delivery very good (except for long delays because I had to wait for the weekend, I was hoping DPD would deliver on Saturday morning). I really like the reflections of the stones. I'll think of you for my next purchase.

Very good site navigation, but delivery is not up to scratch. No SMS sent, no email confirming delivery time. And the parcel was thrown in my garden because I was absent. Considering the value of the package, I don't find this very serious.

Beautifully made product delivered. Unfortunately, not the right size, as the procedure for measuring without a baguier was not exact... On the other hand, the person in charge of the return was very professional. So, generally speaking, I'm satisfied with my experience. I'm now waiting for the final ring, corresponding to my finger circumference measured with the ring gauge I received.
