The site is well designed. On the other hand, shipping to foreign countries, in this case Switzerland, is really not optimal. Because there were no documents with the shipment. Customs blocked the parcel and I had to provide them with a copy of the invoice for the value. So I lost 2 weeks....

I was very unpleasantly surprised to have to pay customs fees. Your products are sumptuous, but already quite expensive. You add the cost of delivery and decide whether or not to buy the gift. But customs fees are a nasty surprise on arrival that you can't estimate before ordering!

Hello, unfortunately Switzerland is not part of the European Community and is therefore subject to import duties. We are not responsible for these charges. However, if you live outside the European Community, you won't pay French VAT, which means a saving of 20% on the actual price.
