The canned goose liver is perfect. I was particularly impressed by the semi-cooked duck liver. Furthermore, I find it extremely positive that you get a discount when you order more. I would also like to commend your shipping logistics; it is impressive that the goods are delivered from France to Austria within 3 days.

Outstanding product

A delivery company is chosen by Foie Gras Gourmet that does not transport food on Sundays and public holidays. Food items are then left somewhere in a distribution station or in a transport vehicle because one wants to spend Sundays and public holidays elsewhere instead of delivering goods. My delivery took almost 9 days. Customer service informed me that I should have chosen an "Express" delivery otherwise.

The shipment was excellent in timing. One out of 5 was not perfect. It was still edible, but the color of the foie gras was dark and not pink inside.
