Not only are the Foies delicious but the orders always arrive within one week of my ordering, a tour de force given that I live on the other side of the planet in Adelaide. I have only praise for the serious approach of the people who run this company and for the on-line and also phone help I have received on several occasions when the payment site was not functioning correctly.
