Excellent business practice! My shipment (sent to the United States) was taken by customs in Ohio; totally illegal for them to do so as foie gras is permitted into this country from France. Monsieur Pascal replaced the foie, no charge to me, and it was done immediately. The second shipment was released to me from customs, and I am now the happy and satisfied customer with much loved foie gras from France,

Exceptional experience

As far as the current order is concerned, it's ok. But for the previous order, at Christmas time, the same recipient recently admitted to me that in the Christmas shipment, there was a jar of liver that was leaking and therefore damaged and destroyed.

Almost impossible to find here. Very good quality, excellent preservation. To be shared only with those who appreciate it. Very affordable prices. Fast shipping. A real pleasure!

Fast delivery by DHL. However, the foie was stolen apparently at customs in Cincinnati, Ohio. The box arrived with DHL empty! I immediately contacted Foie Gras Gourmet and they immediately offered free replacement or a refund of my money. I preferred to have a new shipment of foie. Cannot say enough good about Foie Gras Gourmet and heir business integrity, I would definitely buy from them again,
