Everything is as expected. So far I have been always happy with my orders from Foie gras gourmets. The ordering process is smooth and efficient, the shipping is fast. Whilst the selection is somewhat limited, the available products are very good and the little gift added to the last order was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the prices are so high (e.g. 40 for 120g) that you can rarely afford this pleasure.

I appreciated the speed of delivery and the responsiveness of the answers to my questions on the voice mail. However, I would have preferred to have a direct contact on my two phone calls.

Pate very very fine. Delivery complicated. DHL requires you to be home from 8 to 5. They can't give a more specific time. I don't have phone, only internet. DHL requires phone. Have you tried Postal Service Express? Yours sincerely Niels Hammer
