Satisfied, however UPS left the package in a pick-up point even though the product is delicate and should have been delivered to the house. We were at home but no one came and UPS directly told us to go pick it up at a relay point which is not acceptable for a delicate product like this.
Unfortunately, the taste was/is not as intense as that of other Foie Gras

I have previously ordered goose liver from Hungary, but lately I have been having problems with delivery (delays or months of unavailability). So I searched for a supplier, came across your company, and I am positively surprised by the quick delivery and the extensive range of products.
The taste of the goose foie gras disappointed a large number of guests. Including me! I thought we might have had duck foie gras last year, but I checked, according to the 2024 order we also had goose foie gras!! So it's very unfortunate that this year it was a "bad choice"!

I immediately complained via Paypal after opening the jar. The surface of the goose liver looked very unappetizing. I disposed of the contents. A photo was attached. I have not received a response to this day. Regards, Juergen Koops
