Very good product quality. Relatively easy assembly (even alone). Small mix-up on availability, since the trampoline indicated in stock at the time of my order appeared as awaiting restocking in my order tracking. Product ordered on a Thursday evening and received the following Thursday at noon. Overall: it's good

I received the trampoline on time, it's just a shame to have been out of stock for the booster model, so I have a waoouh model that I find good but a bit excessive. As for the soccer net, it's really a useless gadget and luckily it's free. You wanted my opinion, make an effort on the prices or your gift offers!

Excellent service for contact and delivery of the trampoline. Too bad the delivery service is not the same for accessories because the company EXAPAQ does not make appointments for delivery and the driver only informs upon arrival at the home.

Delivery by Exapaq not satisfactory. Package labeled "incomplete address" while everything was correctly filled out. I had to retrieve the package myself. No problem with the delivered product.

I was able to get information by phone without any problem from a friendly person who seemed competent. Fast delivery. The hip hop trampoline has been in place for a week and seems sturdy although I find the protective pad a bit thin. Overall very satisfying.

The delivery had a problem: the delivery person only contacted us once in front of our gate, at 2 PM in the middle of a working day... There should either be an email beforehand informing us of the delivery time, or a call at least 4 hours in advance.

I am very satisfied with the delivery time, trampoline ordered on Thursday evening, delivered on Wednesday morning. I give 4 stars because during assembly, we had a crushed tube which hindered us in assembling the structure. Fortunately, with a few hammer blows, we were able to fit the two pieces together... I will leave another review in a few months to assess the sturdiness against the weather (spring protection cover, net, faded color or not, etc...)
