The delivered material is more beautiful than in the photos on the site, of very good quality, very well packaged. The essential instructions are well written. One part had a slight defect: a female tube missing a hole to engage the safety of the male tube (safety net). For even more convenience, a small assembly video on the site would be welcome.

Quality products, clear site, fast delivery... maybe a very slight downside on the assembly guides but professionalism of the team (quick and effective responses to questions)

Clear, quick to send, instructions in the packages very well done. Only small remark to reach perfection: The packages were well wrapped in cellophane, but the cardboard boxes were extremely dusty, very very dirty (as if the storage was not done in good conditions and the material had been in stock for a long time... :-()! This obviously did not deteriorate the material, but it does not favor a nice image of what will come out of the box! That said, we are in the detail. Best regards. ***

With a large diameter of 4.30m, it may take a bit longer but this accessory helps extend the life of the trampoline. Great service from both the sales team at France Trampoline and the carrier who delivered to me.

Impeccable service. The order service called back because I had made a mistake with the tarp reference: bravo. One downside that prevents me from giving 5 stars: the plastics at the top of the net poles were not well protected = 1/2 was broken upon opening the box (this did not prevent assembly and is a part masked by the plastic protection but it's a shame. I recommend this superb product.

Strengths: - Excellent order and delivery tracking. - Assembly: Easy to use instructions. However, plan for a day for assembly with the safety net with two people. - Excellent product for teenagers for a trampoline size of 460. Weak points: - Ladder: Difficulty in fitting the steps onto their fixing supports along the tubes. - After assembling the safety net (which seems well tensioned), the feet tend to spread outward. Should they be connected face to face?? Others: See with time and use, too early to judge after only two days of use.

Friendly and available staff. My contact knew the products and could advise me. It's nice not to face an anonymous call center... A unique contact followed my order. The initial delivery deadline was not met, but my contact actively worked to ensure I was delivered nonetheless in a timeframe compatible with the Christmas holidays. The product has some minor non-conformities, but I believe the level of service will be there to remedy it.

very good website and very good welcome, correct delivery time. however, big downside on the delivery, the company was supposed to deliver to us on Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, I waited all day and no one came. The carrier showed up at my home on Monday morning without warning me and left a notice of passage. I had to call them to reschedule an appointment and ask them why they didn't come and that they could at least warn when they can't come. They replied without apologizing that it was normal not to warn because the procedure was made that way. I think this procedure is detrimental to your future clients, that's why I am bringing this information to your attention. Best regards. Happy end of year celebrations.
