The product perfectly meets my expectations. The delivery times were perfectly respected. It is a pity, however, that the offer I subscribed to did not allow me to clearly understand that a protective cover was not only available but probably necessary for outdoor use. I could only realize this after delivery, to discover that the said cover could be delivered to me at the price of 75€ + ... 88€ for shipping!

Hello Sir, we thank you for taking the time to detail your situation. Indeed, our packs only include trampolines with net and ladder. As for the cover, it is offered on our Accessories page. We take your opinion into great consideration and will do what is necessary to highlight the protective cover on our site. Regarding the shipping costs of 88€, it is indeed a very high price but we cannot do otherwise for deliveries made to Corsica. Very responsive sales team when asking a question before purchase. Order delivered quickly within the expected time frame, as indicated on the site. Unfortunately for me, the delivery person came at 8:30 am while the appointment was from 10:30 am (thankfully I was there). Super product quality, very happy with this purchase, I recommend 100%. good quality product, but long to assemble.... we need to be several! small problem with poorly suited stitching on the tube protections holding the net: we had to unpick and patch with tape!! to see over time

I am giving this item to my granddaughter. I am having it delivered to my son Frederic. I would have liked the billed person to be independent of the delivered person.
