The trampoline is a gift for our little girl. We know the product because our eldest daughter has it. Our other daughter to whom we gave this trampoline is waiting for nice days to set it up (she lives in Haute Savoie). I hope the package will be complete.

fast delivery. the canvas is thick and the elastic that surrounds the canvas allows for easy attachment. the hooks to fix all around the trampoline give us the assurance of good stability of the canvas in case of bad weather. this is the 2ND time I buy this canvas from FRANCE TRAMPOLINE. Last year I tested another seller, certainly cheaper, but the quality was not there;

Hello, As explained during our many exchanges, the carrier Mondial Relay encountered a problem with your shipment. According to their general sales conditions (GSC), they have a maximum of 15 days from the date we filed our complaint to determine whether the package is lost or not. After several follow-ups, but having received no response from them on the 15th day, we proceeded to resend your order via another carrier at our expense. Please note that when you select a carrier, you accept their GSC, which are accessible from our GSC. Indeed, you accept our GSC when validating your order. Very easy order. Very fast delivery. Very friendly and accommodating delivery person. Difficult assembly: the metal elements of the frame fit together poorly. We had to use pulley systems to align the elements properly and fit them together.
