Our weighting bags, made of thermally welded PVC, are designed to hold 14 liters of water or 23 kg of sand. Can you tell us how you filled your bags? Where did your bags crack? Your product is absolutely not of quality. The seams are coming apart one by one... 0/20. You are putting children in danger. Your fabric is not secure: especially at the seams. They are not strong.. I advise you to invest in reinforcing the seams. Best regards.

Hello, We apologize for the issue encountered with your jumping mat purchased in 2020. Our jumping mats are as solid as possible. For years, their triangles have been attached with 8 rows of stitching and a reinforcement strip under each triangle. After years of selling this system, we are confident in the lifespan it offers with long resistance when the trampoline is used normally. Based on experience, we lean towards your case being a very intensive use of the trampoline, as you changed the jumping mat and all the springs of your trampoline 2 years ago. This approach is relatively rare in fact. Even old springs can last for years after their purchase and rarely break. We understand your negative feedback but rest assured that we provide the most resistant jumping mats on the market currently. Best regards, FT

We installed the equipment this spring while scrupulously following the instructions, but this summer the bottom strap broke suddenly while my children are young and light. Not even 6 months of installation with little use. Given the selling price, it is really poor quality.

Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the slackline into account. We are disappointed to read, after a year and a half (and not 6 months), that your experience is not more positive. Indeed, we have only received positive feedback on this product range and we are very happy with its quality and long-term resistance. As explained during our email exchange, it seems that the tree protectors, provided with the strap, were not installed when setting up your slackline, which caused the bark of the tree to rub against the strap, resulting in the tear. Despite this poor installation, we have exceptionally sent you a replacement strap under warranty. Don't forget that our customer service is available from Monday to Friday by email or by phone from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and from 1:45 PM to 5:30 PM. Best regards,

The material seems to be of good quality, we will see in use and against the weather since the trampoline is installed in the garden. We assembled it with two people. A bit of difficulty with the installation of the springs, hence the need to read the instructions carefully.

Regarding the trampoline, there are about fifteen plastic fasteners at the end of the elastics that are broken. I don't know if I stretched them too much or if I positioned them incorrectly. Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we forgot to mention the length of the strap and the maximum circumference of the tree on the product sheet. That said, we are surprised by your feedback as we have never had sizing issues with this item since it has been on sale. The tension strap measures 4.00m and is suitable for a tree with a maximum diameter of 3.00m. This information is now available on the site. Very good product, sturdy, effective, delivered on time. However, an effort should be made on the assembly instructions, especially regarding the identification of the different bars, which is not obvious in the drawings, as well as on the correct way to install the safety net (which part should be on the inside?).
