Very satisfied with the phone order. For the delivery, it was not expected so our package was dropped off at our nephew's place.

The net received does not correspond to the old one which was only 2 years old: zipper instead of a double Velcro closure with 3 hooks much more practical with a larger and safer opening; moreover, our trampoline is black and red and the closure of the new net is green and white which detracts from the aesthetics of the whole while this was a criterion in the choice of our trampoline of which we are otherwise very satisfied. As for the delivery time (three months), it is not attributable to France Trampoline but it has accentuated our disappointment.

There is no return label for exchanges. The shipping costs were only refunded upon request.

Good quality of the trampoline meets my expectations, however I find that the springs or the trampoline makes a lot of noise when jumping on it, I would like to have a solution to this problem if possible, thank you

I am very satisfied with the product. The only downside was the delivery which took longer than indicated.

Very very disappointed with the green protection pad Ø 366 which tore on one side at the very first use!! The pad delivered with the trampoline was of much better quality. A commercial gesture would be greatly appreciated

I had indicated my days of absence and that was not taken into account! The package arrived in my absence but thanks to the phone, we were able to arrange!

It would have been preferable to include the instructions for attaching the protective cushion with the bungee cords. I had to call. They sent it to me by email. It was very good but it would have saved time for both you and me.

Delivery times were respected, but it took 2 and a half months after the order. Some difficulties in assembling the T-joint piece with tube C. The trampoline meets our expectations, but the spring protection moves a bit during jumps.

Very good product, some misunderstandings about the instructions but it does not hinder the functioning of the trampoline.

Good communication

Quality trampoline, used by adults and children. Downside: delivery could have been very quick, but the delivery company had very inconvenient delivery conditions, it would have taken half a day to be delivered!

Overall quality service but unlike the round trampoline, the assembly guide for the oval trampoline is not as clear. Additionally, one part was poorly machined, which did not happen during my last order. Finally, the Velcro strip provided is clearly suited to another model.

Very good Customer Service. Advisors - yes, in the plural because I called several ^^ - friendly, patient, courteous and helpful. Very good quality trampoline but assembly instructions almost incomprehensible for some parts. My husband spent 4 hours assembling the trampoline (Ovalie 430) yet he is used to manuals and structure assembly since he is a carpenter. ^^ There. a real "puzzle": a lack of logic in the assembly steps; some parts fall during assembly. At the bottom of the legs, the alignment of the holes in the leg does not necessarily match the clip of the feet; which forces either to disassemble the leg and put it back in the right position, or to use a trick to make it fall because the leg is firmly fixed to the upper attachment point... so you have to force. The assembly part of the net also lacks clarity as well as the installation of the protective strip.
