The only problem we had was that they sent us two fewer T joints and when they sent them, they sent some that were smaller than those of the trampoline we bought, they should improve in ensuring that all the pieces are there and that they are the correct ones before sending the order, everything else was fine, they solved the problem quickly and kindly, the trampoline is fabulous, the kids are happy

A few small issues with the delivery which was postponed. Communication with the delivery organization was a bit complicated. I was asked to choose a day and date but I could never access my account. In the end, they came at random. Fortunately, there was someone at my home since I was absent myself.

I paid an extra fee to be delivered the next day instead it took 5 days and I am still waiting for an explanation from you because I feel that this kind of delivery is *** to squeeze euros out of us

The product is great but the delivery was average. The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Review your conditions with your carrier!
