Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

Hello, when ordering, the item did not appear to be restocking and the delivery date was indicated as May 17. I contacted your service to find out when I would be delivered, and it was then that your logistics provider sent me a message on May 16 that the appointment could not be made to honor May 17, even though I had made personal arrangements to receive it. It was finally received on the 21st. I had to organize other arrangements for my son's birthday on May 19. I sent a complaint to your service and am waiting for confirmation of the sending of a replacement item.

A small regret but it concerns the product and not the service (hence the 4*). Lack of rigidity in the structure of the trampoline in the 4.3m version. Very good product, except for the anchoring kit which is a bit light and has a strap system that is not practical at all. Ratchets would have been much quicker for me as I move the trampoline every time I mow.

The instructions were clear, and the assembly went well, despite a bit of hassle with the structure. I am very satisfied with the product, much less with the delivery: absolutely rude and obnoxious delivery person, who literally threw my package into the garden, unacceptable... To be sure to have my order on time, I chose an express order in 24 hours, and on the scheduled day I received a text that there was a problem and that my delivery was delayed!!! It's true that once assembled, the trampoline looks great and is impressive. But the assembly is far from being as easy as in the online help videos. In particular, the famous 'exclusive' T-junctions only fit very difficultly with some other parts. Contacted, the customer service encouraged us to assemble them with force. A few well-placed hammer blows got it done. But the assembly that should have taken an afternoon ended up taking several days. And the trampoline is probably no longer fully dismountable now.
