I complained about the catch net due to defective teeth on the zipper. It was not accepted. The child fell out of the net and was severely injured. Only then did a new net arrive. Unfortunately, there was only a written apology, but no further response to my email. Compensation for the child would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately, I never heard anything more about it. Service not very good!!!!!

When you contacted us in April of this year, we informed you that the break of your zipper was not a manufacturing defect and therefore could not be covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty for your net had expired. As we have explained in previous conversations, the lifespan of a textile net can vary due to numerous external factors such as sunlight, usage intensity, and weather conditions. These factors can make the net brittle and impair its durability. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. In a textile net, a manufacturing defect would typically manifest as a tear along a seam, and these defects would be visible to the naked eye. For this reason, we recommend, as described in the installation instructions and our care instructions on our website, to regularly check the condition of the material to ensure optimal use and extend the lifespan of the material. When you contacted us to inform us about the accident, we did everything we could to rectify the situation. Regarding your last email, unfortunately, we have not received anything. Quality product but quite complex to assemble, the fact that the trampoline is oval and not round increases the complexity: - The assembly of the mat requires precision and strength - The assembly of the peripheral elements is not simple, some plastic bungee/crochet attachments are very tight and break - We could not properly place the last scratched protection which fortunately only has a decorative role

Order and payment on 29/06. It is now 22/07 and we still haven't received anything and on top of that, they hang up on us when we dare to say that this is not normal and that we are being treated like fools! Stayed the whole day for the delivery and it came 2 days after! Also required some sort of compensation for it and got no response.

Regarding my order, the protective foam is more effective than the original, but you do not provide the number of hooks according to the number of planned locations, I am missing 10. The foot mat with the ball is great but there are no instructions for installation. Logically, I want to put the France trampoline logo the right way but I can't fix it, so I put it the opposite way. Haven't had time to replace the springs yet.
