The trampoline is perfect, the only thing is that the spring protection with the protective net comes off and leaves the metal tubes exposed. Maybe they could include some type of rubber to hold them. Thank you. Best regards

Very easy purchase on the France trampoline website, fast delivery. We haven't assembled the trampoline yet, but the package arrived in very good condition. A big thank you to the driver who delivered it and kindly helped us bring it inside.

Order received very quickly and in very good condition and exactly as I expected, I am totally satisfied with my order. I did not give 4 stars because the only problem is that we cannot know when the product will be delivered when ordering, which was quite annoying for me as it was for a birthday

Very good on the site. Minor inconveniences with the carrier: - appointment by phone where we indicated that a small truck was needed to access the house. - on the day: no delivery. New call: no appointment was actually scheduled!!! So a new appointment was made. - on the delivery day: call from the delivery person asking where he should go. We indicated that he would not be coming. We had to go ourselves to another location. Delivery made from the truck to the car. ... Not great service from the carrier.

Initially impossible to order online. Good responsiveness by phone. Careful and fast shipping. Regarding the trampoline itself, good quality. However, very difficult to assemble as it requires strength. Easier with two people. Difficulty installing the surrounding net, had to cut the string. Too bad the instructions are in English!!! Satisfied with the purchase.
