I ordered 1 item in stock and another on pre-order because it was not available immediately. I thought I would first receive the item in stock, but after ordering, I received an email informing me that due to increased shipping costs, there would only be one shipment when the restocking is done. Unless I pay for an additional shipment. A bit disappointed.

Super quality items, I have called on France Trampoline several times to change parts on my trampoline. It's so much better than throwing it away and buying a new one. However, a small downside on the availability of certain parts, I had to wait a while before getting a safety net. Other than that, it's really perfect.

I am happy with the product. However, the delivery was relatively scandalous as the delivery person left the package in front of the gate and not inside where I asked him to, claiming that he didn't want to damage his truck which belongs to him. Apparently, he had already come and knew that his truck would be damaged if he went where I asked him to drop off the delivery. Knowing this, why did he take the delivery if he couldn't bring the merchandise?

I left a review on your WhatsApp number on May 5. I received no response, a sign of a lack of consideration for your customers... my daughter-in-law, on our recommendations, ordered a trampoline from you and she confirmed to us that the net was not the same and that hers was sturdier. Here is a copy of the message I wrote to you on May 5: Hello, we have had a trampoline from you for many years. It brings us satisfaction. In 2020, we bought a premium net to replace the one that was torn. My husband noticed that the quality was much lower than the original. It tore much more quickly than the first one. Recently, my son, Thibaut Pujo, ordered the completely torn net again (order FT235609). My husband again finds a net of poor quality, fragile, while it is supposedly the premium quality. Moreover, the bottom attachments are no longer provided and therefore have to be recovered and installed by us for a price much higher than in 2020 (we paid 119€, order FT140331). So, we pay more, lower quality, and fewer accessories... in short, we are disappointed and the more it goes, the lower the quality for a higher price. Too bad... I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.

Had to change the bars because the anchoring system did not hold for 9 months and the trampoline flew away. The order was supposed to ship the same day. I had to call back 3 weeks later because it still hadn't shipped. 3 iron bars and two trinkets for 35% of the total price of the trampoline. Elastic not provided in the bars that hold the upper net. In short, it's good Chinese junk!!

We recommend lowering your net when there is a risk of storm, as the stakes planted in the ground are not always sufficient to keep the trampoline in place.
