I was missing a reception end piece, an end piece used to hold the fiber strapping of the net. Aside from that, the order met expectations, deadline respected. The fact that I was called before the shipment of the order allowed me to modify a reference and thus avoid a return. Really a plus!

The trampoline is well made. Not everything has been delivered yet as some parts are out of stock. We are skeptical about the new fixings for the protective mat to see in the long run. As for the jumping mat, on a jump'up, nothing to complain about, the children (and also the adults) are having a blast

Good product, delivered on time, regarding the assembly, you need strong arms to attach the springs to the fabric!! Otherwise, it would still not be assembled, the trampoline being new, we'll see how it ages, but I recommend it.
