The delivery was made on time, with a very friendly delivery person, who, on his personal behalf as a customer, congratulated me on my choice and gave instructions to follow in case of storm warnings, what more could you ask for! The trampoline has not yet been taken out of its packaging because the weather was too bad, installation is planned for next week...

Hello I was very well received and guided by the advisor I had by phone. The delivery went very well. However, I did not receive the invoice at home. The trampoline is of very good quality. However, assembly takes much longer than announced (a little over 5 hours of struggle for 2 people, against one hour indicated in the assembly manual). The fiberglass rod is very difficult to assemble correctly and to close. If assembly option had been possible, it would have been perfect.

It's very pleasant, in this period where the trend is towards the programmed end of objects, to be able to find spare parts. However, a bit hard to swallow to pay 12€ in shipping for an item that costs 3€ and is very light.

Very good commercial contact, the website is better now even if I no longer have assembly videos like on the old site. Speed of shipping even if a package (protective cover) is missing from my order. I am convinced that this will be resolved quickly.
