Good quality product but logistics needs to be reviewed for delivery as the company does not provide a time slot, we cannot block a day for delivery

super quality trampoline! we are delighted, as it is made in France, and the quality is really there, the finishes are really top-notch. I do not give 5 stars because the assembly instructions are not the easiest, I had to look for a tutorial on the internet. but very well done, as France trampoline provides it!

The trampoline is very good, of very good quality. However, the trampoline was a bit damaged during transport: scratches and some damaged elastics, but everything works. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio of France trampoline is the best.

I had problems putting on the pole protections and no information on the instructions about the direction!!

Easy order, ultra-fast shipping, accessories received exactly as I expected. But shipping costs are exorbitant 14€ for a package of about 1kg ... HOWEVER, it is indicated on the site that the delivery company will contact to set an appointment for receiving the package ... FALSE ... We found a delivery notice in the mailbox one evening and obtaining a new delivery is purely impossible! We had to make a 120 km round trip (Angers / Le Mans) to pick up the package! You would do well to use postal services they are more serious and cheaper!

Very good phone contact. Excellent follow-up of the delivery, very fast. Easy assembly (it's heavy and you need to take the time to look very carefully at the instructions) for such a large trampoline. The only downside is the plastic attachment hooks of the safety net: 5 broke on the first jump (there was only one person) and they were well attached as per the instructions. Metal attachments (like carabiners) might be better.

FAST DELIVERY VERY GOOD MATERIAL MANUAL NOT DETAILED ENOUGH FOR SPRING ASSEMBLY

Satisfactory packaging and delivery. This trampoline seems to be of good quality compared to that of our neighbors and we will see in use. The drawings in the assembly manual need improvement for better understanding and to allow for faster assembly (it took us 6 hours with two people...) Very good reception from the after-sales service who quickly sent us 2 small parts that we had broken by tightening too hard. Our grandchildren (11 and 8 years old) are delighted with this trampoline.

Deadline, quality, and service met my expectations.

We are satisfied with the chosen trampoline and received, everything is in line with our expectations. Before choosing, I asked for advice from the France Trampoline agents, and their advice was invaluable. The only downside is the time taken to receive the product.

The product is of good quality, however, the plastic hooks for securing the protection around the mat are fragile and break easily (already 2 breaks).

Good quality product, assembly is quite easy once you understand the instructions. The jumping mat seems really too small at the beginning of the assembly compared to the frame but it retracts under the tension of the 84 springs! K+N road carrier very inflexible about appointments, you need to reserve a whole day.

Excellent handling of our order and great responsiveness. However, for the delivery, the delivery company did not contact us to set up an appointment. Good quality and fast delivery

Very fast shipping but transport time too long (6 days).

Order placed on Monday; received the following Wednesday at noon. The mini-trampoline has been completely satisfactory since then. Excellent value for money.

Good and quality product. One problem with the delivery time (8 days) and not the 72 hours announced. But we were correctly informed by the logistics company.

The processing is quick but the packaging is basic and not very suitable.

Very good product, very easy to assemble. Very secure (safety net, double door to access the trampoline). The logo in the center of the mat is very important as a reference for jumps, however its printing does not last over time, which is a shame. The protective cover is very useful, especially with the small windows to let water through in case of rain, it would have been relevant to place some on the corners because the ground where the trampoline is positioned is not always horizontal, which causes water to accumulate on one side. Good packaging despite the fact that the ends holding the safety net cable were broken and this despite a box without damage, a very disappointing point. Despite these few remarks, the product remains of excellent quality.

The telephone attention from the girl who assisted me was unbeatable. The purchase made online was a complete disaster, as it went out without shipping costs and they had to call me to inform me of the incident, which resulted in an additional cost, which if I had known from the beginning I might not have made the purchase, for this matter, I feel deceived.

GOOD AND FAST

The trampoline is a very good product and we are very satisfied. However, after discussing with several friends, we are surprised not to have benefited from a special offer such as the free protective cover that our friends were able to receive. A small remark also on the hooks holding the protective net: these plastic hooks are subjected to too much force and open very easily until they escape and release the net. They need to be put back in place very often. Our daughter is the only one using the trampoline and she only weighs 44 kg at 15 years old.

I was able to set up the trampoline yesterday after a few hours of concentration... rewarded with some really great moments afterwards with my children. Very good and beautiful material. However, I have a (new) complaint to pass on to you: it concerns the anchoring kit that was delivered with the trampoline. It was a kit offered with a promo code supposedly compatible with the oval 490 that I purchased. After installation, it seems that it is not. The straps are far too short to connect the anchor and the structure of the trampoline (the steel tube where the springs are attached) as presented in the diagram of the manual. Would the kit provided correspond to a shorter model?
