tip top! super solid, very easy to assemble with 2 in 2h30. the children and parents are delighted. the bounce is very good and the finishes are much better quality than elsewhere.

good quality trampoline, fairly easy assembly. Downsides: -missing some information in the assembly documentation (the plastic protections to place on the polystyrene of the net poles) -legs found slightly bent in the box _the frame of the net has to be looped without pinching fingers and being careful not to break it (seems quite fragile). I have doubts about its lifespan.

Delivery time much longer than announced on the site. Delivery of a torn box. Missing parts upon delivery (springs) and broken net hooks. Very efficient customer service, well done.

An error in the manual, quickly fixed by sending the correct manual by email within the day. Quality material and looks sturdy. To be seen over time. Superb trampoline and very appreciated by both children and adults.

The jumping mat of my trampoline was torn and the manufacturer does not offer to sell this item alone. On France Trampoline, I was able to order a jumping mat that perfectly fits my trampoline (I just had to provide the diameter of the jumping mat, the number of springs, and the length of the springs). My trampoline is like new at a lower cost and my children are delighted!
