Honestly super, the delivery, the product itself, it's great! Just one problem with the ladder, we never managed to assemble it, even with two people!! The plan is poor and even once understood, we never managed to do it. Without that, I would have given 5 stars.

The price-quality ratio is exceptional. The trampolines are a bit more expensive than elsewhere but the quality is there. However, the instruction manual could be a bit clearer. Sometimes the drawings are difficult to understand.

Satisfied with the delivery service completely within the deadlines and adapted to our availability. Completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline Wow 3.90. where we are enjoying with our daughter. Very good frame, very good jumping mat. One remark however on the assembly instructions regarding the assembly of the frame: better specify the order of assembly of the first elements to ensure the alignment of the holes with the notches, otherwise you have to disassemble elements adjusted a bit forcefully if you haven't aligned everything well. A bit disappointed with the average quality of small elements: U-clamp system with nut for fixing net poles with feet, adjustment system for anchoring straps and plastic stop elements for the steps of the ladder.

Trampoline is okay, will see with time...

Excellent trampoline. So far nothing to complain about (but we've only had it for 15 days!) the 3.90m is really big anyway. For 3 children, I think the 3.60 would have been sufficient.

Order, delivery, and product quality: perfect. Assembly instructions are far too brief for the non-handy person that I am... I eventually managed, of course, but far from the 1h30 announced!! My grandchildren are delighted with the result, and that's what matters!!

Short delivery time and very well organized delivery following the instructions left. Beautiful quality of the material, the only downside is that a very specific point in the assembly instructions is not clear for non-initiates.
