Good ability to supply spare parts (in this case a trampoline mat). BUT: when ordering, I was told delivery within 5 days. Once the order was placed (and paid), I received an email saying 'in restocking' without any indication of a provisional delivery date! Then, good surprise, a few days later an email announces that the package is being prepared. Couldn't this delay have been indicated to me at the time of the order?

Quality service: I was contacted by someone before delivery to ensure that I had requested the right product (trampoline mat). Fast shipping. Only negative point: the choice of one or the carrier.
