The assembly instructions are exemplary and the trampoline is very well designed. You have to pay the price, but the quality is there; which is very important for such a purchase. Fast delivery and on time. A few small remarks nonetheless: 1. The protective covers to be slipped over the poles of the safety net are not mentioned in the instructions; we realized this at the end, which forced us to remove the net. 2. It is also not specified in the instructions that two fasteners must be mounted on each pole. It seems logical during assembly, but it is not written; only visible on the explanatory diagram. 3. More annoyingly, the plastic hooks used to attach the net break easily, either during installation or through wear. I advise users to replace the broken ones with metal hooks that you can find in a hardware store.

Easy assembly. The quality seems to be very good. However, we will have to see in use. It's a shame that the carrier specifies delivery 'between 8 am and 6 pm'. The customer loses a day to receive their package.

No problem except that the delivery service did not announce itself beforehand. They were lucky we were present on the delivery day.

The minimax is small, compact, and easy to assemble. For now, after 15 days of use, it fully meets my needs for cardio or fitness. I recommend it. Too bad there are so many shipping costs 15/54*100=27% of shipping costs in the total amount.

The material seems robust, it still took us almost 4 hours to assemble everything trampoline + safety net + ladder. The downside is the assembly instructions (without going to the extreme of a flat-pack furniture ***) Some indications are missing, especially when bridging the legs, it would have been wise to specify to pay attention to the position of the holes... once set, very difficult to remove and then put back.

My purchase was by phone. The attention and interest that the two ladies gave me deserve the highest rating, especially the saleswoman to whom I promised to call but unfortunately lost the number and her, I think I remember, exotic name. Please convey my gratitude to her. The material is excellent, very strong and easy to assemble, although the assembly instructions drawings could be improved. Its price, compared to other products of this kind, is above average, it is the most expensive. Thanks again for your diligence and attention. Best regards.

Delivery okay, no problem, date and time slot respected, good quality product, to see in use, however the system for fixing the side nets is too fragile, it breaks, so I had to fix them differently than in the instructions to prevent them from breaking.

Fast delivery, assembly quite long and not easy especially for the protective net bars.

No surprises. Delivery ok: the appointment for half a day would be more practical than for a full day. Assembly instructions correct, it should be noted on the packages the names of the parts indicated in the manual: time-saving for assembly! Otherwise, super trampoline: my three children (12/11 and 7 years old) are delighted. The oval is large and does not take up much space in the garden.

Excellent material, sturdy, of quality (which I also appreciate from my perspective as a PE teacher). Small issues with delivery: protective net of the wrong size and some questions during assembly that the instructions did not explain. Good follow-up from customer service and a small appreciated gesture for the minor inconveniences. I recommend without hesitation.

Positives: the quality of the material, Top!... the delivery time, the packaging itself,... Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...

I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)

After studying trampolines for weeks, I opted for France trampoline. Aside from a broken hook but I will contact customer service (not important) I think I made a good purchase. Time will confirm.

My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.

Perfect agreement with the delivery person for the delivery date. Good product but the instructions are not detailed enough.

The trampoline purchased corresponds exactly to the description on the site. Of good quality, it is easy to implement by following the instructions provided. The safety net caused us some difficulties knowing that the carbon fiber bar that closes the circle tended to open, we had to put a rope at the top to tighten the posts so that they take the right shape. This is just a detail because I reiterate that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. We are waiting for the delivery of the small trampoline offered and forgotten by the carrier for 1 week. I recommend the site and the trampoline purchased, namely the Jum'Up in 430 cms, good fun!!!

Very satisfied with the responsiveness and the product. We were able to repair our trampoline for our guests quickly, as we own a cottage.

Very serious packaging. The quality is there. The children have not used it yet, but we can see, by the way it is made, that it is solid.

Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part. Very clear and informative website. Quick order processing and effective confirmation emails. Follow-up by phone for delivery issues was very well done. Assembly instructions were incomplete on 2 very important aspects, particularly regarding the legs of the trampoline, which resulted in incorrect assembly.
