Very nice trampoline. You still need to be 2 for assembly. We had a small issue because 2 of the net attachments that fix under the trampoline were broken!! Otherwise nothing to say.

Good quality material. Assembly manual a bit limited for novices, the drawing of the parts is a bit random compared to reality. Otherwise, I recommend this merchant.

The whole set seems to be of good quality with 2 reservations: - the quality of the galvanization has many imperfections - the ground fixing system is very insufficient and impossible to use if there is even the slightest pebble. Moreover, the straps and their tightening system are very rudimentary in quality and ease of use (effective tensioning means are needed!!)

Easy online order, restocking of a net for a rather old model (7 years) turned out to be possible. The restocking time was rather long! Luckily I had planned ahead

For now, nothing to say, everything is great, carrier, advisor, shipment of the package on time. The children are delighted, even the parents. Missing a referral offer. Personally, I assembled the trampoline alone, 3 hours of assembly. Missing information when assembling the T with the holes of the bar to align properly.

my 2 phone calls to get additional information about a product were not handled correctly: I was not called back as agreed. ON THE OTHER HAND, the processing of my order and shipment of the goods was ultra-fast

On the site, it is noted delivery between 2 and 5 days, we received it in 11 days, it can happen but no apology email, nothing at all. After, I think it's good material but I haven't assembled it yet due to bad weather.

Only major issue, the carrier lost our package... delivered nearly two weeks late, opened boxes... everything is complete, phew!!! The material received seems to be of good quality after 1 week of testing. The only downside is the delivery in '24h' which turned into 1 week, and the appointment made by the delivery company which set a time slot like 'EDF'! on a certain day between 8am and 6pm!

Apart from a few minor design flaws, I am very satisfied with the service provided by France Trampoline. The trampofoot arrived slightly damaged, the after-sales service had no difficulty and quickly sent me another one. The materials used are of good quality, but I do not give 5 stars due to small design errors like the protective socks for the posts which have a hole too small to go over the top of the post, so we have to mount them upside down by putting them in from the bottom. The hoop of the net is a bit too small and the elements come apart, I think that in the medium term the friction of these dislodged elements with the sleeve will tear it. Aside from these drawbacks, assembly is not complicated, one adult and one child are sufficient. A good quality-price ratio, which easily surpasses the cheaper Chinese production.

Yes, I AM QUITE SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE AND THE ONLINE PURCHASE AND FAST IN SHIPPING. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A NET FOR AN ELASTIC BED OF THE DIMENSIONS I HAVE ACQUIRED, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT. CONSIDERING THAT THE BED IS FOR AN APARTMENT, THE DIMENSIONS SHOULD BE AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SOME 'FIX' THANK YOU.

I am slightly happy, having received my order, as for the first package (trampoline) it was poorly packaged, it had very thin plastic, and half of the bed was exposed, it seems that it was not damaged, I won't know until I set it up; however, the hammock was received perfectly packaged, and in its box, everything else was quite good; I will continue being a customer, best regards M*

Very good material and good quality. Assembly is long and could be simplified with color codes like colored rings for reference points. You need at least two people and especially have the right tools. The ones provided are not sufficient and do not facilitate the work.

Delivery was on time. However, we had to drill some 'forgotten holes' on a series of parts to assemble the trampoline.
